6. MEMBERSHIP & COSTS

While Adsend is undoubtedly tough when it comes to judging ads, we pride ourselves on the ongoing relationships we form with our members. Because, after all, we take it personally.

Casual Member

As a Casual Member, you can pay as you go to deliver one file to one publication at a time for just R165.00 per file Per Destination. You are required to make a payment by credit card each time you log into your account to send a file. No annual fee applies for Casual Members. If all material sent is equal to R2000.00 or more you will be automatically moved to a Premium Member.

Newspaper Colour Conversions: R125.00 per PDF
Colour Space Correction: R30.00
Color Separation Correction (ICC Removal): R30.00

Premium Member

An annual membership fee of R380 (Invoice at the end of January every year) applies for Premium Membership with an account type of your choice- Flat Rate or Per Square Centimeter Rate at 0.24.

Premium Member: Flat Rate
This allows you to send each file for R115.00.

Premium Member: Per Square Centimeter Rate
The Per Square Centimeter Rate.
Ad sizes are calculated at R0.24 per-square-centimeter, therefore costs will vary depending on the ad size.
Both Standard and Premium membership types are entitled to full telephone, email client service support free of charge.
Additional charges may apply if you request to have errors in your artwork corrected by the Adsend system

Certified Soft Proofing Service
Adsend Certified Soft Proofing is a browser-based soft proofing solution. It enables you to view your ad with paper simulation on screen, then send a certified soft proof to the publisher via Adsend for a small fee of R30.00 per proof (excludes delivery cost and corrections). A screen calibration device is required when using this service. Simply email support@adsend.co.za for further details.
